Dog Days Criterium a Resounding Success!

On August 28, 2005, Aaron’s/L5Flyers Cycling Team hosted the second annual Aaron’s Dog Days Criterium presented by Outback Bikes in Grant Park (Atlanta). By all accounts the race was a tremendous success. Hundreds of amateur and professional athletes raced through Grant Park much to the enjoyment of the spectators and festival goers attending the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival.

Aaron’s/L5Flyers Cycling Team is donating 100% of the proceeds from the race to the Grant Park Conservancy to help beautify and restore the historic park.

Aaron’s/L5Flyers Cycling Team dominated the event by winning four of the eight races, including the Junior State Championship - Joey Rosskopf, Women’s Category 3/4 - Molly Freeman, the Men’s Category 3 - Jason Seaver, and the Women’s Pro/1/2/3 Category - Shannon Hutchison. Congrats to these champions and all of the Aaron’s/L5Flyer team members who participated in the race.
